Hey, I'm Mandy.

I am a therapist committed to supporting others. I strive to be an open and empathetic listener. I want you to gain insight and have support. Therapy is a collaborative process between the client and the therapist. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker originally from Northern California. I have experience working with people of all different backgrounds and professional settings. I have practiced in mental health agencies, schools, nonprofits, and the juvenile court system.

Seeking therapy is a strength, not a weakness.

Reaching outside yourself for support takes courage. Navigating and sustaining healthy relationships can be tricky. Learning to be kind and compassionate towards yourself is even more challenging. Therapy can be transformative and powerful to help build a meaningful and purpose-driven life.

In your corner.

As your therapist, we can work together to help you with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship struggles. I offer an open-minded and nonjudgmental approach. Actual change comes from a strong alliance between client and therapist. Therapy is not an action done "to you" but a journey we are on together.

Healing wounds and promoting well-being.

I strive to help you find peace, balance, and self-acceptance on your journey to healing. As an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR Therapist, I have witnessed the profound transformation that occurs when clients process distressing events and past trauma. My approach is attachment-focused, guided by my training with the Parnell Institute, ensuring deep and lasting healing.

In addition to EMDR, I am trained in Brainspotting (Phase 1), a powerful, neuroscience-based technique that helps release emotional and traumatic experiences for long-term relief.

I offer a BIPOC & LGBTQ+ affirming space, prioritizing your safety, comfort, and growth. Sessions are available both in-person and online for flexibility and accessibility. I am committed to providing compassionate and effective care as part of the West Coast Therapy Collective in Encinitas, California.

I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your healing journey.
