Individual psychotherapy, or talk therapy is a one-on-one approach to address a variety of symptoms, emotional difficulties, and challenges to improve one's quality of life. Therapy can help people to become healthier, happier, and live more productive lives. As your therapist, we can address your feelings of anxiety, depression, grief, anger, and any challenges unique to you. The alliance between the therapist and you the client is crucial and it is that collaboration that allows for a safe space to grow and heal.
All of my interventions are tailored to you, the individual.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. I specifically specialize in Attachment Focused EMDR and trained by the Parnell Institute. AF-EMDR extends the use and benefits of EMDR and bilateral stimulation for use with clients who have been typically less responsive to traditional EMDR protocols, due to acute or chronic relational trauma and early attachment wounds.

Brainspotting is a powerful, neuroscience-based therapy that helps individuals process and release unresolved trauma, emotional pain, and negative patterns. Developed by Dr. David Grand, Brainspotting leverages the brain's natural ability to heal by identifying specific eye positions that connect to deeply held memories and emotions.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, which engages the thinking mind, Brainspotting works directly with the brain's emotional and survival centers, often leading to profound breakthroughs.
